Now you can run the exact same camshafts that we had Web Cam design to our specific requirements. This single-pattern camshaft features 205 degrees of duration at .050" lift and a total of .352": lift. These are cut on brand-new camshafts and are not regrinds or hard-welded.

Q&A:

Hello there, looking through your engine department i notices your cams show a .352 lift yet the rules have .500 max lift. Am i missing something in the way they are described or something else ?

You are correct--the initial cam that we ran was a very mild camshaft. Our objective initially was to dial in the suspension before we started getting serious about the engine. However, we are at that point now and have a first engineering prototype of our new camshaft. We will put that into test for a few months before we release a production version. It will have the maximum possible lift. It will, however, be quite a complicated valve train, requiring some pretty significant modifications to the head.

If you closely observe, there is not sufficient clearance in the valve train to accept a camshaft in the .500" lift range. To run a camshaft this big requires not only that the lifter valley be machined for clearance of the taller lobes, but some pretty radical valve train setup. We hope to have this available soon but, as you can imagine, research and development on something this advanced cannot be rushed. Once it is developed, then a significant burn-in period must be achieved to ensure that there are not any long-term issues.

Please check back in a few months. I hope to have a solution for you then, or at least an updated availability.
